Q: How the hell do you pronounce Mahjqa?

A: English-speaking people would pronounce it like 'mica'. If you're Dutch, you pronounce it like the last part of Jamaïca.

Q: Why did you choose that alias anyway?

A: I once saw the klingon word 'majqa' in a gaming magazine. I'm not a trekkie, but I thought the name had a nice ring to it. I've grown quite fond of this name, and another plus of it that it's always free. (mahjqa.com, mahjqa@hotmail.com (although I never use that adress anymore) AIM: mahjqa etc.)

Q: Can I use your pictures/interface/signature/whatever?

A: As long as it's for personal use, I don't mind. Please don't alter or redistribute them. If you want to put them up somewhere, Please ask me first.

Q: What do you use to make your graphics?

A: Photoshop version 6.01, Imageready (it comes with Photoshop) for the animations. I've got a trusty wacom tablet for airbrushing work.

Q: I like your style. Can you make a signature/picture/banner/design for me?

A: Propably. Write me an email with what you want and what I get in return and we'll talk.

Q: Do you charge? Sheesh.

A: Depends on how good I know you :) Making stuff in PS takes it's time, and that's something I haven't got much of, lately.

Q: How the (bleep) did you get so good?

A: Practise, practice, practise. When I started with computer coloring, I used Julie Dillon's tutorial. Right now, I hang out at the Ozone Asylum, it's a messageboard with more Photoshop / programming / webdesign artists / geeks / professionals then you've encountered anywhere else. They're very helpful and I've come a long way with their help.
